The Process Starts with You…
To curate a travel experience with all of your needs and wants in mind, we meet with you for a consultation. This consultation can take up to an hour because we review all of your disability-related barriers and how they interact with your travel plans. Then, we get to work contacting vendors, working with accessibility specialists in the industry, and double-checking every booking to make sure that your needs are met. Our Process

We meet with you online to discuss your travel dreams and needs. This consultation can take up to an hour and is designed for us to gather all the information we need to start researching your dream vacation. This includes conversations about past trips that have gone well, accommodations that have been helpful, and your ideas for where to go and what to do. You also get to know us, our process, and can ask questions.

During our research phase we are hard at work reaching out to properties and industry partners, searching for locations and activities, and asking you questions about our findings. Our first step will always be to find accommodations. Then, we will start filling in your itinerary with activities that you request.

Once we find accommodations and activities, we will reach out to you to book. Any rates that we find will only be available for a short time period, so we will discuss in our consultation whether you would like us to book for you or whether you would prefer to book yourself using our bookable quote tool. It is important to note that not all properties and activities may be available for client self-booking. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the rate before booking. If you need fully refundable reservations, please let us know. We can also discuss travel insurance.

Once everything is booked we will send you an itinerary that includes every detail that has been booked and any instructions. The itinerary will also include who to contact, in country, for each reservation. This is also the point at which we will discuss travel insurance with you. Travel insurance can help cover cancelled trips, lost luggage and even medical emergencies that may occur on your trip.
